Drop In FAQs

I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

That’s awesome and welcome! If you have experience please contact us to get started or go to our schedule page HERE and reserve a spot in class through Wodify. We always encourage anyone looking for a new home gym to come try it out a couple times to get a feel for the atmosphere, community, coaching, programming, etc. to make sure it’s a good fit for you.

Can I do my own thing during class?

If you have experience, we do have Open Gym times where you can follow your own programming or do your own thing. We don’t permit this during our busiest class times of the day but for the slower times of day it is fine. Please visit our schedule page or contact us if you have more questions.

What's Your Drop-In Policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other gyms or out of town to come drop in with us! We just ask that you sign up for class ahead of time through Wodify OR email us at info@crossfit-dilworth.com and let us know what day/time you plan to come drop in, so we can let the coach know to be expecting you then. You can also fill out a waiver online ahead of time through Wodify.

If you are just passing through town, here are your options to attend:

  • Drop-in fee of $18 per class
  • Week-long class pass for $80 (good for 7 classes or visits)
