Thank you for your interest! If you have 3+ months of experience, we are happy to have you in to try out one of our classes. Please reserve a spot in Wodify for the day & time you would like to attend or email us at info@crossfit-dilworth.com. We encourage anyone looking for a new home gym to come try it out to get a feel for the culture, community, coaching, programming, facility, etc. to make sure it is a good fit for you. I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from an injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod… we will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, college athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it’s your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed. One of our awesome coaches will talk with you about your goals and show you around, as well as give you a background of what we do, how our programs work, and what you can expect with joining our functional fitness group classes. Contact us now to get started!

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming at least three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week. We encourage you to come at least three days when you start out because there is a learning curve and “adaption” period where your body will be adjusting to the new workout routine, and you might be sore in places you never even realized were there (in a good way of course). Your muscles will need more time at first to recover from being used, so we encourage you to have rest days built in as well during which stretching, walking, yoga, etc. are all encouraged to get the blood flowing!

Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? 1-on-1 private training? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out. We pride ourselves on the value and experience that we offer through our group classes, and promise to help you reach your personal health and workout goals.

I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

We always encourage anyone looking for a new home gym to come try it out a couple times to get a feel for the atmosphere, community, coaching, programming, etc. to make sure it’s a good fit for you.

Can I do my own thing during class?

If you have experience, we do have Open Gym times where you can follow your own programming or do your own thing. We don’t permit this during our busiest class times of the day but for the slower times of day it is fine. Please visit our schedule page or contact us if you have more questions.

What's Your Drop-In Policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other gyms or out of town to come drop in with us! We just ask that you sign up for class ahead of time through Wodify OR email us at info@crossfit-dilworth.com and let us know what day/time you plan to come drop in, so we can let the coach know to be expecting you then. You can also fill out a waiver online ahead of time through Wodify.

If you are just passing through town, here are your options to attend:

  • Drop-in fee of $18 per class
  • Week-long class pass for $80 (good for 7 classes or visits)
