In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on functional fitness at it finest. This form of strength & conditioning workout is beneficial because it increases your speed, strength and stamina in different ways through a variety of movements. Our group classes are one hour long and include a strength or gymnastic or skill piece first, followed by a metcon that is more cardio based. The hour long class also includes a coach led group warmup and cool down, to make sure you are safe and ready for the WOD (workout of the day).
Our CrossFit program prides itself on being all inclusive, no matter your background, fitness level, or age. Our coaches are experts in moving well and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is great in that it pushes you to get a little outside your comfort zone, which is where the magic happens. Your daily exercise should be enjoyable and we strive to make our classes as fun as possible, to keep our members engaged and motivation levels high.
