Starting off can be intimidating for many and that’s why we have a guided introductory and fundamentals experience for you. Our intro & fundamentals sessions will get you going at your own pace with our certified, experienced, friendly coaches helping you along the way.
During the Intro Class, we will explain our methodology behind functional movements and high intensity workouts, our class and programming structure, and guide you through a short workout using body weight movements that anyone can perform regardless of athletic background, so you can experience it for yourself and see if it is a good fit for you!
Fundamentals – To be efficient and safe, we require that certain skills are taught and developed before progressing to the more intense group training classes. We want to make sure that you are comfortable and proficient with the barbell movements, and can demonstrate proper form and technique before joining the regular group classes.
If you have prior experience with olympic lifting, CrossFit or CrossFit style programming and can demonstrate proficiency in the basic barbell movements then you may forgo the fundamentals class by testing out.
