Meet with one of our friendly coaches to do a beginner introductory workout and go over our programs and offerings.DAY2
Step 3: Fundamentals Session – learn the ropes!
Your one on one Fundamentals session is where our head coach will work with you to go over a lot of the movements to make sure you are safe and comfortable with them, as well as have good form and proper technique, before beginning our group classes.DAY3
Step 4: Begin Your First Trial Month
We are ready to begin the journey to help you become the fittest you have ever been. Our community and coaches help keep you accountable and support you as you start your journey.DAY4
Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You
