Our FIT40 Classes are more bodyweight focused workouts (no barbells) that incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, jump ropes and movements that will get your heart pumping and body sweating. This is designed to be a basic workout for all-levels no matter your experience or background, and does not have any advanced gymnastics skills or heavy barbells involved. The class is 40 minutes long and our coach will give you a warmup, go over the workout, and guide you as you go to ensure you are performing the movements correctly. Get fit in 40 minutes with us!
