Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific, such as lifting, gymnastic skill work, or cardio/endurance intervals. We are happy to help you figure out what to do if you need ideas. Or if you can’t make it to a class that day and want to do the WOD on your own at an off time during open gym, that is fine too! We want to make sure you have plenty of opportunity to get your workout in no matter the day & time.
*Please note – if Open Gym occurs during a busy class time, the group class will take priority on equipment and space.
